MUUS Solstice Service

Join Rev. Tony for an all-ages Winter Solstice service at 6 pm, Wednesday, December 21, 2022. We will be outside on the edge of the church green at United Church of Christ Southbury, 283 Main St. N in Southbury.  Dress for the weather and feel free to bring blankets and camp chairs.   If it's too cold or too windy we will be in the Social Hall. There will be participatory singing, games, and joys and concerns, as well as readings and stories.  If you want to prepare to participate, the participation parts are listed below, and you can check out the links to listen to and learn the songs:

At the end of the POEM “The Shortest Day” Rev. Tony will shout “Welcome Yule!” your part is to shout back: WELCOME YULE!
