Ongoing ActivitiesSW CT Wind EnsembleWind Ensemble practice happens every Tuesday night from 7:00 to 9:00Men’s LunchMeets the first and third Wednesdays of the month at noon. This is a time for laughter, serious discussion and fellowship.Mindfulness MeditationMeets Mondays at 7:00 p.m. This meditation is in the tradition of Vietnamese Zen Master, Thich Nhat Hahn. It focuses on living in the here and now through conscious, mindful breathing meditations, bringing peace and happiness to all.Small Group MinistriesMeets the second and third Sundays, at 7 p.m. You are invited to check out our Small Group Ministries which meet in the MUUS Meetinghouse.
